Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent
. * Required language (s) English, Bahasa Indonesia.
* Mastering 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, Autocad
* Exellent, fresh idea, a thinker, a conceptor.
* Good communication skills, Good planning, Analytical Thinking, project mangement and problem solving skills.
* Supervise project planning within the estabilished scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standart of quality.
* Coordination between internal, site, sub-contractors & suppliers.
